Le Sirenuse
✤ Amalfi Coast, Italy ✤
There’s a moment at Le Sirenuse, maybe it’s your first limoncello on the terrace, or the way the sunlight warms the tiled floors under your feet, when you realise this is it. This is the honeymoon you’ve always imagined.
We’ve been coming to Positano for years, and no matter how many times we return, stepping into Le Sirenuse still feels like opening a love letter written by the Amalfi Coast herself. The sea sparkles below, church bells echo in the air, and suddenly, life feels lighter, more beautiful and full of Dolce Vita.

The views, of course. The iconic red facades trimmed neatly in white. The feeling that time slows down between the pool and the terrace. Dinner at La Sponda is pure magic, hundreds of candles flicker as the night turns silver over the sea.

The best rooms are the ones with private balconies facing the bay, we’ll make sure you get one. Have your breakfast on the terrace and take your time watching the sun brighten the sea view. Positano rewards those who linger. Tip: There are a lot of stairs in Positano, pack comfortable shoes that can handle cobblestones and steep streets.

Château de la Messardière
✤ Saint-Tropez, France ✤
From the hilltop of Saint-Tropez, the Château de la Messardière gazes out over vineyards, olive groves and the sea beyond. It’s a world unto itself, regal yet relaxed, where glamour and tranquillity coexist effortlessly. We love waking up in luxurious tranquility and ending the day with a glass of rosé on the beach restaurant as the sun dips into Pampelonne Bay. Here, everything feels golden.

Tip: traffic is intense along the coastal road from Nice and can be up to 8 hours in high season, take a ferry instead!

Grand Hotel Timeo
✤ Taormina, Sicily ✤
There’s something cinematic about the Grand Hotel Timeo that makes everything seem majestic and profoundly beautiful. Perhaps it’s the way Mount Etna looms on the horizon, or how the terraced gardens spill down the cliff face trailing bougainvillea. It’s one of those places where the air feels charged with stories. The road winds through olive groves and suddenly, it appears, this honey-colored finca perched high above the valley.
