An intimate Provençal celebration for 18 guests
Audrey wanted a bucolic family wedding without managing suppliers from abroad. We coordinated the vendors, made a fool proof timeline and handled all the travel arrangements. During our venue walkthrough, we repositioned the ceremony to take advantage of the venues best features taking into account the ideal light at the time of the ceremony. On the day, our team was there to smooth over any surprises that popped up and get every detail picture perfect.
“My anxiety disappeared the moment I met Coco, and I knew the day would be perfect. On the wedding day, she set the most beautiful table, coordinated and worked with other vendors, continuously checked on me and my daughter, and handled details that I had not even considered. I was able to enjoy the special day with my family. I love that Travellur offers a la carte services, we were on a budget and it was so helpful to be able to select the only items that we needed.”

Essential Micro-Wedding Package 4695€
A thoughtfully structured planning foundation covering the essential elements of an intimate European wedding which allows you to customize according to your vision and priorities. You may want to do some of the planning yourself. With this flexible package, you can plan the things you want to handle and know that someone has your back throughout the planning process. If you want less planning elements, you may want a la carte wedding planning services where you can select only the services you want.
Even when the guest count is intimate and the aesthetic intentionally uncomplicated, planning a micro-wedding requires 150–250 hours of professional work by an experienced team of professionals. This includes venue and vendor research, design development, contract review, budgeting, logistics, scheduling, ongoing communication and on-site coordination. Much of this work happens invisibly, but it is what allows the celebration to feel natural, thoughtful and effortless for you and your guests.
This price is for planning only, it does not include the cost of each planning element. For example, photographer planning means we will study your preferred photography style, present you with 2-5 options for photographer based on your taste, location and budget, help you make your final decision, facilitate the contract and payment, then coordinate with the photographer to make sure you get what you want. This includes creating a shotlist and timeline based on a study of the light at the venue at time of day the photos will be taken, identifying the best places for portraits at the venue at that time of day, walkthrough with photographer of venue before shooting starts, creating still-lifes of the details of your wedding day (like invitation suite, ring, heirlooms, shoes & veil, etc…) and integrating this into the main timeline. The cost of the photographer is not included in the planning fee and will depend on which photographer you select which could be between 3500€-10,000€ for a single day of coverage.

“Travellur Weddings team were lifesavers in keeping things organized, coordinating travel for our group, and turning our originally vague vision for a wedding into an absolutely stunning day that we will never forget. Having Coco with us on the day of the wedding was also the best decision we made for our wedding. Her creative vision, relaxed approach, and dedication to prioritizing me and my husband was EVERYTHING! ”

How it works:
1. Consultation and Custom Proposal
We begin with a complimentary consultation to discuss your vision, destination, guest count, priorities and the scope of your celebration. We then prepare a detailed proposal covering the planning services you would like Travellur to manage. A signed contract and 50% deposit reserve your dates, with the balance due 30 days before the event.
2. Venue Search and Design
We establish the visual direction for your celebration in a digital design brief covering the colour palette, flowers, ceremony, cocktail, tablescape and other decorative elements, with technical diagrams and AI mock-ups when needed. For the venue search, we review our database and investigate the properties that best match your requirements. We verify their features, prices and availability before presenting a curated shortlist with photographs, conditions, capacity, suggested event flow and our professional assessment of each option. We review the selected venue’s contract and manage the booking process.
3. Vendors and Logistics
After studying your style, priorities and budget, we identify suitable vendors from our trusted regional network. Our recommendations explain each vendor’s strengths, show examples of their work and include our personal insights. We manage ongoing communication with the selected vendors, monitor contracts and payments, organise the practical logistics and maintain an online vendor-status document so you can follow the planning progress. We also create the timeline and call sheets required to keep everyone informed and working together.
4. Final Review and Wedding-Day Coordination
Thirty days before the wedding, we review the design brief, venue plans, vendor status, guest list, menus, timelines, call sheets and contingency plans with you. The day before the event, we walk through the venue to confirm the event flow, inspect each space, check the natural light and brief the venue and catering teams. On the wedding day, Travellur oversees deliveries, installations, styling, vendors and the timeline. We coordinate each stage of the celebration, address problems behind the scenes and keep everything moving while you enjoy the day with your guests. A typical micro-wedding for 20 guests represents approximately 130–190 hours of Travellur planning, design, communication and on-site work.
“Wow. It was an experience of a lifetime!
Travellur pulled it off effortlessly. So much so, that I was unaware an issue even existed until well after the matter. And of course a thank you for all the small things in between : the bucket of champagne when we arrived, bustling my dress, fluffing the veil for dramatic photos, decorating the elegant dinner table and car, setting up music, moving flowers, our thoughtful gifts, and all the things I’m sure I didn’t see. I could not be more happier with all the vendors you had suggested. Each one excels in their craft.
