Travellur provides day-of coordination so everything runs smoothly and creative team members, guests and venue staff are all on schedule. Day-of coordination includes a walk through at the venue the day before to identify the event spaces, resolve potential conflicts the in the timeline or logistical issues and also to connect with the venue staff. Day-of coordination does not includes a strongly recommended D-30 consultation where timeline, design diagrams and checklist is reviewed and any last concerns are addressed. You may need more than one day of day-of coordination. For example if you have a rehearsal dinner the day before or if you need someone to manage the brunch and rental picks up the following day. We offer half day rates to accommodate your needs. If a team is required, and we can round up our trusted posse and local production assistants to come together for your big day.
